Person First, Athlete Second.
Person First, Athlete Second.

Our guiding principle of person first, athlete second informs all that we do, with core values of authenticity, growth, and community serving to guide how we work with each other, our partners, and the wider community.

At Marsh Collective, we offer a variety of services and opportunities for our athletes and partners.
After the 2024 Olympics in Paris, I knew that I wanted to work on leveraging my personal brand and experiences, and I believed it was time to consider a manager. I met with a few different agencies, however when I first met with Kieran to catch up, I knew pretty quickly that he was someone who I wanted to work with. From the start he was genuinely interested not only in my sporting achievements, but also in the person that I am and what I believe I can represent.
Immediately, he was able to align me with platforms and provide opportunities to help share my experiences and stories with a larger audience. I feel like his authenticity and genuine interest in the lives and careers of the athletes he works with makes him invaluable. Whilst my time working alongside Kieran has only just begun, I am very much looking forward to continuing working and growing alongside him.

Six years of working with Kieran has shown me that the things he values most are the people he works with and the relationships he holds. These principles underpin everything he does and not only provides peace of mind in how I’m represented but also means I have a trusted friend and sounding board for everything life throws at me. I know Kieran will be there for the highs, the lows and everything in between.

Kieran is a valued resource both personally and professionally, his natural ability to be able to connect with me while collaboratively understanding my aims and goals for the future allows my focus to remain on my sporting career.
Kieran’s willingness to fairly and respectfully work with and challenge administration on my behalf has opened doors for myself and my peers in the short time we have worked together. His understanding of the importance of creating a personal connection between athlete and representation has made working alongside him feel as if he is a teammate rather than an outsider.
