A journey that began in the backyards of Brisbane with a boundless energy and a burning passion for sport, Luke Willian has grown into a world class triathlete and, most recently, an Olympian!
Having taken up the sport at 12 with his younger brother, Luke’s natural athletic ability combined with his fierce determination saw him rise through the junior ranks at pace, before making his World Cup debut in 2015 at the age of 19. He won his maiden World Cup event in front of an adoring home crowd in Mooloolaba in 2017 and made his Australian debut at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018.
Far from smooth sailing though, Luke has encountered his share of challenges, including missing selection for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Proving that the comeback is always stronger than the setback, Luke’s unwavering faith and commitment to his process were rewarded this year with a dominant victory at the World Triathlon Cup in Wollongong in April, before a third-place finish in the World Triathlon Championship Series in Yokohama in May, securing his spot on the Australian Olympic team for Paris!
In addition to his incredible athletic ability, Luke is also driven by his goals away from sport, having completed a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Finance and Accounting.
Luke’s resilience, strength of character, intrinsic motivation and desire to realise his full potential are all qualities we admire at Marsh Collective and we are delighted to be working with him as he turns his attention to this next chapter in his career following his Olympic debut.

A dynamic athlete on a rapid trajectory, Heidi Dennis is one of the most exciting young prospects in international women’s rugby sevens.
An exceptional junior talent in soccer on a pathway to national representation, Heidi only turned her attention to rugby in her final years at Brisbane’s John Paul College, and certainly hasn’t looked back since.

Heidi made her debut for the senior Australian Women’s Sevens side on home soil in Perth at the beginning of 2024, before her immense resilience and strength of character were showcased through a frustrating run of injuries.

Humble, hardworking, charismatic and integrous, Zac Stubblety-Cook is one of Australian Swimming's leading men.
Making his first Australian Dolphins team at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Zac's Olympic debut came two years later at Tokyo Games where he won Gold in the 200m Breaststroke in a blistering Olympic-record time, and a Bronze in the 4x100m Medley relay.
In 2022, Zac became World champion and set a new World-Record time of 2:05:95 in the 200m breaststroke, before securing two Gold medals and two Silver medals at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
In doing so Zac became the first Australian male swimmer since Grant Hackett to hold the major titles of Olympic champion, Commonwealth Games champion, World champion, and World-Record holder, in the same event at the same time.
Zac recently competed in his second Olympic Games in Paris, where he returned home with a Silver medal in the Men's 200m Breaststroke, and a Bronze from the 4x100m Mixed Medley relay. A remarkable achievement given he fractured his neck 8 months out from the Games and contracted COVID just 3 days prior to his final.
